House Rules

-NO Smoking or Vaping anywhere in the house

-NO pets allowed

-NO eating on any cloth furniture

-RESPECT the house and overall property

Check-in Information

-Check-in 4pm Central Time

-Do not set AC below 71 F(Spring, Summer, Fall)

-You are welcome to use the charcoal grill and chiminea. Make sure to extinguish any fires before leaving the property and/or going to bed.

-Additional check-in information and key instructions will be provided within 24hrs prior to arrival

Check-out Information

-Check-out time is 10am Central Time(a later check-out time is an option upon request and approval)

-Leave both keys on kitchen island

-Place all used towels in laundry room

-Bedsheets and pillowcases-Please strip ALL used bedsheets and pillowcases and place them in wash machine but do NOT start it

-Remove all food items from refrigerator/pantry

-Take out all trash in kitchen bags and put in garage

-Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start dishwasher before leaving

-Set AC @73 Degrees before leaving(Spring, Summer, Fall)

-Set Heat @65 Degrees before leaving(Winter)
